Production

Making an electronic music production website. Need to find the time to do the sound design. Sample based content. Very tedious work. Sort of stalling and putting it off, lol. Need to dig down and just get to work on it. did the coding already though.

Kind of feel like putting it off until next month.

I'm Better I'm Bitter

So i downloaded 2 mp3s from a known music maker and they totally sucked. this music maker was just featured on a radio show. It's total BS. My stuff is way better than his junk. i'm totally bitter about it. i hold grudges.


LOL normally i wouldn't care because art is art but sometimes things are clearly BS.

Smoke On The Water

I hate smoke. I hate smokers. I heard on the radio they were banning smoking even outside in some places, LOL!!!! NO ONE LIKES THE SMELL OF YOUR SMOKE YOU STUPID JERKs.

i remember one summer the losers that lived in the apartment below me smoked so much i almost throw a water balloon at them. They have moved and continue to be losers. Now i got new jerk/losers that smoke living below me.

i wonder why all lowlifes smoke. oh well maybe they will die quicker and do the world a favor.

Time

I'm having a problem with time. I don't seem to have enough of it to make/work on my music. I can't make music with other people around me. I need dead silence. little by little i chip away at songs and get things done. It's hard that way. It must be freaking nice to have no one around and work on music 24/7.

I think i'll go stare at the wall... again. LOL

Music IS Art

music IS art. Let's not forget that. nothing like going on a music forum and people talking about the right and wrong way to do whatever. there is no wrong. It's art. Make it. Some will like it. Most won't. That's art.

25 Songs

Thinking about making a 25 song album. Taking my one album and combining it with what i have recorded now. IDK. I'd have to record like another 7-9 songs to hit 25 and i don't know if i want to do that. I have thought for awhile about only making 25 song albums. Making 4 of them and having 100 songs. I could make 11 albums with 9 songs and have 99 songs, lol. IDK, lol.

It's different because i'm making electronic music and i've decided to go the non-vocal route. So pumping out 25 isn't hard it just will take a long time to do so. IF i go that route. Route 25, lol. ...and that's a big IF.

Devil

Never thought i'd be an electronic music devil but i am, lol. Maybe i'm THEE.

Rock

Going to mix rock guitars will almost all of my electronic music from here on out. i say almost because i still love to mix in noise. I'm going to work on building up my website until the end of the year. Well really forever, lol.

Nip/Tuck new season started tonight... i recorded it with the DVR. Also Eastwick.

Off to imeem to listen to music. I need an mp3 of 99 problems.

Break

Took a break from recording and was listening to some mp3s i made for someone. New music but not really what i like so i was just listening. Noticed a lot of the songs were 3:50. I guess that band uses a formula to make songs. The music was non inspiring to me. to each there own.

Watched a new episode of Dexter. It was great. It's always great.

11th

2 songs to make and i'll be done with a new album of music. the next song will have a prominent bassline in it. i need a big bass song. i neglect bass sometimes.

i think i will do the whole song in kinetic. normally i use cool edit pro.

October

I'm going to use this blog to blog about my electronic music this October 2009. i'm not sure if i'll blog in it every October but this one i will. I have a winter blog i keep on a different blogging platform that i have blogged in for like 2 or 3 years. only the winter months. Perhaps as i look back year after year i can see how far i've advanced in my life. :)

Watched the first new episode of Dexter. It was good.
